Design Consultant, Construction Manager
After graduating with honors at the California Culinary Academy in 2002, Mike C built a successful 20 year career as a restaurateur, culinary educator, consultant, cooking show host and cookbook author. He has consulted on business development and design-build projects for restaurants, bars, nightclubs, casinos, wineries, tech companies and event venues throughout the San Francisco Bay area. In 2023 he moved to Denver to partner with x-colo to help expand the commercial and kitchen design build business

Designer, Construction Manager
With a passion for both design and craftsmanship, I've blended my architectural education and architectural design experience with over eight years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry. Specializing in design and construction, I've brought to life numerous design-build projects, including restaurants and commercial spaces. Colorado native, with a deep appreciation for the landscape and architecture of the region.
