200 Brannan was designed as a high-end condominium project in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco which was going through a major transformation as a previously less-desirable neighborhood that the city was trying to revitalize. Target Stores - California (Redondo Beach, Northridge)
in the early 2000s, Target went through a major re-branding which included the architecture of their stores. Chris assisted with the design/documentation phases and also assisted with the construction administration for multiple stores, including Redondo Beach and Northridge.

Ashton Place, designed by MBH Architects, was on a leading development in revitalizing a long standing industrial portion of South San Francisco into a new point of interest as a destination and a place to work, live and socialize. Broadway Triangle was designed and built by Tres Birds as multi-use development including an anchor restaurant along with a couple of business spaces. Chris assisted with the design/documentation phases.

Lumina was a 61 unit apartment building in Denver that integrated art and building in a manner that allows for the building skin, consisting of unique metal panels, to adjust at any given moment to capture the ever changing natural light qualities of the site. Chris assisted with the design/documentation phases, project management, and construction foreman duty for the metal panel skin installation and tenant improvement commercia; spaces at the base of the building.

S*Park was a mixed use development in the Curtis Park neighborhood of Denver which included 91 condominium units along with ground level commercial spaces. The multiple buildings revolve around a central park space which residents can utilize for their outdoor experiences. Chris assisted with design of the site plan and residential units, commercial spaces, along with the project management of the project and the construction management in the commercial space tenant improvement builds.
