1584 DEN
1584 DEN popped the top of an existing ranch style house to add an additional contemporary second story with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry and hang-out space. The first floor was also completely re-configured to include a chef's kitchen with walnut cabinetry, master suite and home office. This was a great project and challenge in realizing that there is potential to add square footage to an existing home in a modern fashion without scraping the entire lot.
